3 Siblings & 3 Weeks: Exploring england, scotland, ireland, and wales
Traveling is great. Traveling with your triplet brother and sister... well let's just say it's going to be either a group hug or a group smack-down. Getting to go to the UK and Ireland for the first time in 2006 was amazing; But, getting to do it as a complete trifecta of siblings, now that was truly the most incredible part of the trip.
A journey is whatever you make it, and at the end of the day, it's the people and the places that matter. I was going to head up to Ironman Canada this year after getting a spot, but after just a little bit of talk among my the three of us - I knew where my money would be better spent.
All parts of this trip were fun, with the tiny exception being the long bus rides and connecting trains, and aimless wandering late at night while trying to find our hostel. Wales is incredible but I have absolutely no clue what they are saying. Not even a prayer to understand Welsh. An outdoor highlight of this trip was my solo climb up Snowdon Mt., in the Snowdonia region of Northern Wales.
